Preparing annual plans and strategies for reconstruction and development projects.
Study and design of new projects and preparation of cost estimates and plans.
Technical and engineering supervision of project implementation.
Monitoring the implementation of project contracts and ensuring adherence to timetables.
Receiving completed work in accordance with regulations and preparing acceptance reports.
Coordinate with relevant authorities regarding licences and technical approvals.
Monitoring maintenance and rehabilitation works within the scope of projects.
Prepare periodic reports on progress rates and technical issues.
Implementation of safety and quality standards in the workplace.

متابعة الالتزام بالمواصفات والمعايير الهندسية المعتمدة.
المشاركة في لجان الاستلام والفحص الفني للمشاريع.
تقديم الاستشارات الفنية للأقسام والوحدات ذات العلاقة.
إعداد التقارير الفنية الدورية عن تقدم الأعمال والملاحظات.
متابعة تطبيق إجراءات السلامة المهنية في مواقع العمل.
أرشفة المخططات والوثائق الهندسية ورقيًا وإلكترونيًا.

صيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية وشبكات المياه والصرف.
متابعة جاهزية القاعات الدراسية والمختبرات والمكاتب.
إعداد جداول وخطط الصيانة الوقائية.
توثيق أعمال الصيانة وسجلات الأعطال والإصلاحات.
التنسيق مع الشُعب والوحدات ذات العلاقة لتنفيذ أعمال الصيانة.
الإشراف على أعمال الصيانة المنفذة من جهات خارجية عند الحاجة.
الالتزام بتعليمات السلامة المهنية أثناء العمل.
رفع التقارير الدورية عن حالة المرافق والاحتياجات الفنية.
تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى تُكلّف بها من الجهات العليا ضمن الاختصاص.
